Who is Paul Lussier
Paul Lussier has been a Beatles fan since birth. An early home movie
shows Paul as a first-grader playing his first instrument, drums, and mouthing
the words to “A Hard Day’s Night.” Paul has always wanted to be an entertainer,
but somehow paying bills and supporting a family got in the way. Paul plays
a variety of instruments and none of them well. He is a songwriter who
has formed and fronted several bands that received some radio airplay in
the early 80’s. Always willing to show off his Lennon impersonation, Paul
joined HELP! in 1992 and played 100 shows. During that time he was asked
to perform with “The Original Touring Cast Of Beatlemania” in Toronto.
After retiring as a permanent member of HELP!, Paul took an interest
in acting when his daughter began performing in community musicals. He
has performed for both community and professional theatres and has been
working with an agency seeking commercial and television work. Oh yeah,
he’s finally continued to work on his first solo CD, which should be out
sometime this decade.
